An Easy Way to Prevent Wrinkles

Why risk having to get rid of wrinkles when it’s much easier to stop them before they ever begin? Even the slightest appearance of crows feet is a warning that your must start now. Developing a simple skin care routine is really all that is required.

Never forget that internal moisture is just as important to your skin as that it gets from skin creams. Wrinkle prevention is impossible without drinking enough water. For proper skin care, eight to ten glasses of water per day is the minimum requirement.

Moisturize your skin on the outside with a good skin cream. Keep in mind, however, that good doesn’t always mean expensive.

Good skin creams contain natural moisturizers like primrose oil. Also, before you buy, check the label for collagen, a very important ingredient. Collagen is a protein that keeps your skin moist and soft.

There is one additional ingredient that is critical in any good skin cream. Without antioxidants (ie: vitamin A and E), your cream provides no defense against free radicals that form when you go out into the sunlight. It would be better to avoid sunlight all together. Failing that, always use sunblock any time you go outside.

It’s actually easy to stop wrinkles from forming to begin with. It’s something that you’ll have to do every day. In the end, though, you’ll be wrinkle free for many years.
